Acro E-Motion 30/31st March Belgium

A wonderful weekend at the Aerial Arts of Genk, Lommel, exploring acro progressions:

Saturday we will start from Acroyoga and go towards pops & flows;
Sunday we will learn about Acro Dance lifts and some Standing Acro.

Every day we will warm up with playfulness and finish the day with a session of relaxing and healing Thai Massage.
